Basic possibilities for marketing presence
Both the Symposium and the Forum offer numerous possibilities for business, scientific and professional cooperation and marketing presence, which at the same time provides a co-organizer status to the participants.
- A) CO-ORGANIZER WITH A WRITTEN PRESENTATION
- A co-organizer wishing to present his/her business activities in a written form is offered the following options:
- A-1 ... two pages in the Symposium Proceedings, or
- A-2 ... one page of the inner jacket of the Symposium Proceedings or
- A-3 ... 1/2 of the last page of the Symposium Proceedings or
- A-4 ... publication of the company’s logo on the Symposium Proceedings cover
- Charge payable to the Organizer: 550 EUR
- B) CO-ORGANIZER USING AN EXHIBITION SPACE
- The exhibition space is situated next to the Congress Hall and represents an ideal site for business meetings. Each unit of the exhibition space has an area of about 4 m2 and is equipped with a desk, a drawing-board and two chairs. Within this exhibition area a co-organizer is entitled to demonstrate his/her products and distribute prospects and catalogues. The Organizer undertakes to transport prospects, demonstration samples and similar up to the weight not exceeding 50 kg from Zagreb to Dubrovnik and back, and to affix the co-organizer’s logo to the drawing-board.
- Charge payable to the Organizer: 950 EUR
- C) CO-ORGANIZER USING AN EXHIBITION SPACE AND GIVING A TECHNICAL LECTURE
- This status includes everything stated under B) and a technical lecture of 15 minutes in the Congress Hall, according to the time schedule determined by the Organizer, whereby this lecture must be connected with the Symposium of Forum topics. The equipment required for the lecture will be provided by the Organizer. The co-organizer may distribute prospects or technical documents of his/her company.
- Charge payable to the Organizer: 1.250 EUR
Special notes:
Each co-organizer is granted the participation of one representative
exempt from the participation fee. Co-organizers under B) and C) are also entitled to have a presentation in
written form published on one page of the Symposium Proceedings.
