    • scientific, technology and professional basis for design, operation, management and control of district heating and cooling systems, production and distribution of heating and cooling energy
    • experiences of the district heating and cooling market in Croatia and Europe
  • expected lecturers: representatives of relevant governmental bodies and institutions, district heating companies, professional associations and chambers, project designers and contractors, higher education and research institutions

2nd chapter

  • presentations on the following topics:
    • realized projects and experience from the implementation of the new technolgies for district heating and cooling systems in Croatia and neighbouring countries
    • the possibility of applying new technologies in district heating and cooling
    • products, solutions and services of the leading equipment manufacturers, service providers and contractors for reducing the energy consumption and costs
    • experience, suggestions and messages of district heating, energy and power companies and consumers of heating and cooling energy
  • expected lecturers: representatives of district heating companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of technology, designers, contractors and heating and cooling energy consumers (building managers, investors etc.)

3rd chapter

  • presentations on the following topics:
    • operation and optimization of the district heating and cooling systems
    • the application of energy storage in district heating and cooling systems
    • the application of alternative solutions (renewable sources, etc.) in the production of heating and cooling energy
    • experience from applying the energy allocators in district heating and cooling systems
  • expected lecturers: representatives of district heating companies, higher education institutions, professional associations and chambers, project designers and contractors
